We accept eligible returns for a refund or store credit if postmarked within 7 days of the date it was marked delivered.

Return Eligibility: Your item must be in the original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you receive it. We will not accept items with odors, perfumes, animal hair, or any signs that the item has been worn or used with the attached tags. Please note that all items marked down or on sale are not returnable.

Non-returnable items: Gift Certificates, Health and Personal Care Items, Sale and Final Sale Merchandise, Beanies or Headwear of any kind, and Earrings.

Free Shipping for all orders $75 and over. Orders under $75.00 will be charged a auto calculated shipping rate at checkout

All returns will be issued a Gift Card. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date your package shows as delivered via tracking. We require a receipt or proof of purchase on all returns. Gift Cards are valid for 30 days from the date we receive your items back and process the return. The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. We highly recommend insuring your package as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items before it reaches us. For damaged items- we will pay for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email us at to receive an RMA # before shipping your items back.

Pre-Order Return Policy: Pre-Orders cannot be canceled for a refund once submitted. A Gift Card will be issued if a customer cancels their pre-order items before shipping. Gift Cards are valid for 30 days after the return is processed.
