RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We at Posh Couture Co hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the customer receiving the item(s). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at service@poshcoutureco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed with your Gift Card.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards, Health and Personal Care Items, Sale and Final Sale Merchandise, Beanies or Headwear of any kind, and Earrings. 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • All approved returns will be issued a Gift Card valid for 6 months from issue date.
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order.
  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date your package shows as delivered via tracking. We require a receipt or proof of purchase on all returns.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. We highly recommend insuring your package as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items before it reaches us.
  • For damaged items- we will pay for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us to receive an RMA # before shipping your items back.
  • Pre-Order Return Policy: Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled for a refund once submitted.
